Wheelchairs
Two armchairs are available for loan on request at reception.
Motor disability
To get to the courtyard of the castle (where guided tours and activities take place) you have to take a 400 meters path in the moat. There is a parking space for disabled people inside the moat on request at the welcome desk. To reach the courtyard you have to take a slope of 23%.
Inside the courtyard, there is a path suitable for wheelchairs. There are spaces for wheelchairs in stands.
In the medieval keep there are 4 different floors which can be reached by a staircase of 119 irregular steps.
There are 3 toilets for disabled people : one next to the welcome desk and two in the courtyard. Benches are everywhere on the castle path.
Four wheelchairs are available on request at the welcome desk.
Paper guides where floors are explained are given when you enter in the castle. Guided tours are in the courtyard and in the keep. Guided tours can be adjusted on request and by reservation.

Pictograms are everywhere in the welcome desk and in the castle. The castle signage is consistent during all the tour of the fortress.

The path to reach the castle is contrasted and closed by barriers on each side.
Guide-dogs are allowed everywhere in the castle. Magnifying glasses are available on request at the welcom desk.

hearing disability
All the information linked to the castle are written outside and inside the welcome desk (timetable, prices, animations...).
Historic signs are everywhere in the castle to understand its history. A paper guide is given when you arrive in the castle.
